I worked primarily with Edwin Reyes. I had a minor issue with pricing the day the site went up. Edwin stayed late into Friday night and follow up with it on Saturday to make sure the issue was fixed for the weekend. I the. moved to Dealer Inspire which was 150% better than Dealertrack.
Dealer Inspire is built on Google Word Press which will help you create the best organic foundation (Huge plus).
When Dealer Inspire was acquired by Cars.Com, I saw the writing on the wall knowing I was going to go through the same subpar support I received and Dealer.Com (DealerTrack).
Sure enough, I was stuck with a rep that had no clue what he was doing and with Dealer Inspire’s a la carte pricing (which is astronomical), I had a rep who couldn’t even figure out how to update my employee page and told me half of the stuff I wanted created would cost more money!
I took it up the chain to the CEO Joe and was unable to get anywhere so I left.
I joined with FusionZONE and took the gamble.
Everything from the support, monthly meetings with my performance manager and the fact that they built out my site in less than two weeks amazed me!
I am converting higher than I have ever seen in my store, my sales is up 35% YOY and I have the site I have always wanted.
I charge per month and everything in inclusive! No a la carte!
